Cafe Rouge's duck terrine

After a tasting of white burgundies, we dug into a one-pound hunk of bacon-wrapped duck terrine from Cafe Rouge. When I first saw the size of the portion, it seemed way excessive for a mid-afternoon snack along with cheeses for eight people. However, we polished nearly all of it off but for a small corner. Only concerns about cholestrol and dinner plans saved that morsel. Highly recommended.
