Cafe Pinot - always salty?

On a lunchtime visit to the Central Library, I finally decided to try Cafe Pinot. I had the whitefish. It had a nicely developed crust, but was VERY salty. It reminded me of the salty deep-fried fish you get at Chinese lunch counters, which can only be cut with many gobs of rice.
