Had dinner at cafe grey last week.... delicious mushroom risotto that was very toothsome....
second courses were a Braised pork shank with a savory bean stew.....
tasty but not out of this world, seemed like amodern cassoulet interpretation......
Steamed Branzino with spaghetti squash and verbena broth...very light, tasty but temperature sensitve, you had to eat it hot. might be too light for some tastebuds.
Dessert list was sorta boring,, had a hazelnut souffle...good but not exciting...I think Mr kunz just wants to keep it simple and pay off his investors, cant say I blame hime.....anyone else been ...? any other dishes recommended to try....?
