Cafe Blanc, pastry shoppe, on 19th street in costa mesa ???

First, one of my favorite restaurants ever, the estimable Nouveau Cafe Blanc, the tiny minimalist joint along Little Santa Monica Blvd, serving lobster ravioli in a vin blanc cream sauce alongside roasted lacquared squab and slabs of foie gras seared a pointe along with sauteed blue nose bass in a beurre blanc sauce doled out at bargain-basement prices, closed down a few years back. And then a few years later, Cafe Blanc Bakery opened in a mini-mall on 19th Street in Costa Mesa, and now that joint is closed too...

What happened?

Any knowledge on a subsequent relocation? The great chef's name is Tomi Harase.
