What are the BYOB laws in NH? Portsmouth? Legal or not? Does it matter if the restaurant has a liquor license? How common is corkage? If you wanted to do a BYOB dinner with great food (high or low end) for 10 people, where would you go?
Just moved to Boston from Philly, the BYOB capital of the world, and I need to readjust to not every restaurant allowing BYOB (usually corkage free)!
