Hi everyone,

I am hoping to buy my Dad a collection of delicious & special dried mushrooms for Christmas. (He loves to cook, loves mushrooms, and knows far more about them than I do.) I was planning to order some dried candy cap mushrooms and others from this place, in San Francisco (http://store.farwestfungi.com/dried-m...), but it seems a little crazy to ship from so far. Any advice for where I might by something similarly special in Montreal?

(If you're reading this and have suggestions for other special ingredients, besides mushrooms -- like special spice blends -- I'm all ears! I'm not attached to the mushroom-thing, just want to get something that will make his kitchen fun to be in.)

Thank you!!
