I am planning to add some pieces to my Ruffoni copper cookware set, which consists of a 9-inch fry pan, 4.25-quart stockpot and a 1.75-quart saucepan. I'd like to get a 10.5" saute pan and a 3-qt. saucepan.
I’ve seen some great bargains on E-bay, and from my visits to Chowhound, posters have cautioned against copper pans from Portugal or pieces with rolled edges.
Are there any other suggestions I should know of before bidding on a piece or buying it outright? Thanks in advance for any input.
