I'm bringing the vegan entree for Thanksgiving this year and wanted to make Richard Blais' Carrot Osso Buco. The recipe requires mushroom broth and porcini mushroom powder. I plan to make my own broth, but am having trouble sourcing the dried powder and honestly don't want to mess with buying a coffee grinder to make it myself. Anyone have suggestions on where I could buy a couple of ounces? I'd like to do a trial run this weekend before the big event, so really want to buy it locally (not buy 1lb. online!).
