where can i buy [long-stemmed] herbs for my wedding bouquet?

I'm getting married in Brooklyn on 11/16 (another satisfied -- so far -- Movable Feast customer!) and am trying to figure out a way to put some yummy fragrant (autmnal) herbs in my bouquet, such as sage or some non-sappy, non-prickly rosemary (the latter would remind me of Israel, where we got engaged).

Long story short/for whatever reason, the florist (Zuzu's in Park Slope, who's just doing the bouquet) says *she* can't get such things, but if I bring her the herbs myself she can work them in. She mentioned someone who'd once brought her some really long-stemmed sage for such a purpose. (NB for some reason she said no lavender.)

So now I'm trying to anticipate whether that'll be possible & do a little advance plannning and scoping. Anyone know offhand which stores have massive and excellent (and, um, long-stemmed) herb selections? Fairway? Balducci's? Someplace way less obvious? Some miracle farmer's market that has fresh herbs in November?

Any other related suggestions?

Thank you!
