Need some help (again) from the chowhounds. Having a BBQ on July 5-- 10 adults, 3 children, 2 babies. Planning on a great grilled salmon recipe (horseradish/soy/other stuff "rub" and horseradish/sour cream/mayo/other stuff "sauce") for the adults, and burgers for the kids. Question: How many pounds of salmon, and how many pounds of burger meat? Help, please! Oh, and in case you're interested (and I know you are, cause otherwise you wouldn't be on this site), I'm thinking pasta salad (vinegarette based, not mayo), green salad, sliced watermelon and pineapple and brownies for dessert.
