Brought to you by the creators of Sycamore Den, it's a nice little sandwich shop doing smash-ups of ethnic sandwiches.
We tried the "banh miho," which is like the love-child of an American French Dip and the sandwich's Vietnamese namesake, plated with its own little pho dipping broth. Yes, a banh mi French dip.
The other sandwich we tried was the "kimchi jong ummm" which is sort of like a Philly cheesesteak, sans the cheeze whiz, but instead with kimchi and some type of korean bbq sauce, all stuffed between a halved man-tou (or Chinese steamed white bun). 'Natch.
Tater tots are good (aren't they always?). And the Yoo-Hoo was refreshing (as it should be!).
