I ate at Molly's last night. The burger was really tasty. It was cooked to medium rare the way I asked, and the bun was perfect. But does it really need to be that big? Is there a perfect size for a burger? I think there might be, and I think that many places overshoot it. I don't love Corner Bistro burgers any more. For some reason I think they've fallen off in the last few years, but the size seems about right.
