I have a bunch of carmelized onions... now what

I just sauteed/carmalized about 5 white onions (looked like they were about to go bad, so I had to do something with them).

Now I have a whole lotta cooked onions.... what should I do with them? I was thinking of lasagna, but maybe there is something more exciting ... a chicken or beef dish (no, I don't like liver; just saw reference to liver&onions on the thread from "what did they make 40 years ago?") or maybe another pasta-based dish?
