Building a sandwich around a chili oil / Asian pepper spiced chicken cutlet.

I pounded and sliced up some chicken breasts into 4 sandwich size portions, and seasoned each one differently, to use to make sandwiches for work this week. (Baked them.) I'm down to my last cutlet, that i seasoned with chili oil, crunchy chili sauce, and an Asian pepper blend. Now that its time to turn it into a sandwich, i'm a bit stuck as far as what to do with it. I slapped it on 2 pieces of rye bread since it was all i had, and i figured i would go by the garden of eden gourmet grocery before lunch, and buy whatever i need to fix it up.

Any suggestions? (I'm probably going to look for a better roll and toss the rye bread.)
