I'm a college student, and I've got a fair amount of cooking supplies, and a reasonably good dorm kitchen. I prefer to keep my stuff out of the kitchen and in my room. I'm consolidating my kitchen kit and supplies and keeping it all in a canvas briefcase (my dad's from med school-- good for metal tools). I want a way to organize my spices. However, I don't want them to be in a jumble in the bag. Any suggestions?
