Buffet at Malika

I went to Malika (43rd between 2nd and 3rd) for the
buffet lunch, and was pleasantly surprised. Just about
evertything was at least good, but there were two
standouts. The naan were coming fresh from the tandoor
onto the buffet and they were excellent. And, the saag
paneer may have been the best I've had. The spinach
had a very fresh taste, not at all sour and old
tasting, the cheese cubes were fried first, and the
dish was thoroughly perfumed with cardamom. It was an
