Brussel Sprouts

I have just recently rediscovered brussels sprouts thanks to this board. They have never, ever appealed to me, but I decided to give nouveau brussels sprout preparations a try during the weekend.

My first experience was at Pasta Pomodoro on 24 St. (yes, the chain!). I ordered the sauteed brussels sprouts with my braised beef and they were delicious.

Just yesterday I decided to give the Lulu's version a try since I figured they might be roasted in their special oven. Wow - Lulu's brussels sprouts were so tasty that even a few non-brussels sprouts eaters in my group thought they were good. The side dish consisted of a generous serving of roasted sprouts served with brown butter, fresh sage and capers. I am not a huge caper fan, but there were only a few capers in the dish. All this for only $4.75!

Any other favorite brussels sprouts dishes out there?
