We're in need of a weekend brunch place in Toronto for when my mother-in-law visits. We live at Pape and Danforth but Grandma is not very mobile so walking to our usual spots and waiting in line isn't an option. Looking for somewhere we can drive and park close the the restaurant and ideally nothing too fancy or requiring a long wait because there's also a one-year-old in the mix. We don't generally dive so I'm a bit out of my element--wondering if there's somewhere in Leaside or Don Mills? (We tried Golden Griddle on Laird because of the parking lot. It's not that I'm looking for or expecting the best culinary experience ever, what with all the baggage we come with, but I'd like to find somewhere a little nicer in terms of food and ambiance!) Thanks!
