No, not cheese from brown goats, but goat's cheese that is brown. I saw it on New Scandinavian Cooking this weekend on PBS and was wondering if anyone had ever seen it in a store. It sounds very intriguing--the whey from goat's milk is cooked down for a long time until it becomes a fudge-like consistency (and brown, or course). It was described as having a sweet but intense flavor. It sounded intriguing, although possibly repulsive to me, so I just thought I'd check if anyone had any leads as to where to pick up some.
