Nothing fancy here, but very, very good meat. Pulled pork so good, no sauce was needed. Tender brisket and excellent chicken. The ribs were better than average but the weakest of the 4 meats, but they were very meaty and tender.
The side dishes were outstanding. Some of the best collards I've ever eaten. The mac and cheese was better than my mothers (please don't let her hear I said that).
Sweet tea! A lost art in early-bird-retiree-with-a-coupon Florida has been rediscovered. I mean the seriously sweet stuff you usually have to drive to Georgia to find anymore.
I't a 5 gallon of gas ride to Brother & Sisters, but we will make that trip again.
