Brining With Bouillon?

I use Knorr Chicken Bouillon to enhance the of various preparation like pilaf, gravy/sauces, meatloaf etc. I have two large bone in pork loin chops that I'm going to prepare Milanese style for dinner tonight. Because this is a very mild (read bland) and dry cut, brining helps. I looked @ the ingredients on the bouillon container and it lists salt and sugar as the first two ingredients, a basic brine plus several flavoring ingredients. I'm going to try it with some additional salt. Has anyone tried this?
