Some years ago Cuba legalized the practice of opening the private home as a 'restaurant.' I'm certain there is some potential to emulate this practice in U.S. (but you might have to discuss this with your insurance agent.)
The idea is that an excellent home cook sets up hours that strangers are welcome to come for dinner, eat, pay. Does such a practice exist already here in some form?
