Any bright, spicy cabbage recipes?

I cooked up half a head of sliced Savoy cabbage the other day and it was delicious- definitely not how I think of cabbage. It was quickly sauteed with butter (and was supposed to be tossed with toasted walnuts but I didn't have them) until it was bright green and crisp-tender.

So now I have another half head to use up, and am serving enchiladas with rice and beans for dinner. Any suggestions on how to turn this cabbage into a complementary side dish?
