Breakfast or brunch in Ashville, NC

Dorothy | Oct 4, 2005 10:35 PM

Long story short, several family members will be meeting up in Ashville the morning of Sunday, 10-30 for breakfast/brunch.

So far, based on research here and elsewhere, I'm leaning toward Tupelo Honey or Sunny Point. Any thoughts on pros/cons/comparisons?

I see from their website that TH does not take reservations. I can call SP and see if they do. I'm guessing that if we get to TH at opening time (9:00 am) we'll have the shortest wait? A wait is not too onerous -- it will just be part of our visiting time.

Many thanks in advance for any comments on these two places, or any other hot ideas you may have!
