Breakfast for 25 or so family memeber report

Spent some time in the Ozarks of Missouri a week or so ago with about 20 other people from my wifes family. We had a great setup, some of us had nice little cabins and others had a house. It was on Table Rock Lake and the place is gorgeous. Somehow we managed to get this nice size room that was basically a dining hall with full kitchen. Each one of us took turns with a meal.
Just about everyone was from the midwest except up comming form Texas. I thought I would provide them with a little tadte of Tex/mex. I made migas con chorizo. Yes, I found chorizo in some little grocery in Berryville Ark about 30 miles from are site. Sauteed up the chorizo then onion, jalepenos and tomato, then slowly cooked about 12 eggs for the first batch. Addede some tortilla chips near the end and sprinkled with cheddar. They were very good IMO. Had to make one more batch that also disappeared. My wife made a blackberry cream cheese french bread casserole dish that was also tasty. All in all the whole meal deal worked out great, we only had to worry about 1 meal the whole time and snacks, it was really easy and relaxing.
