Does anyone know where I can buy some good bread (brioche/baguette) that would go well with foie gras? I'd simply toast it and spread some chilled foie gras on top.
It'd be great if it was somewhere in the UES, but I'm willing to travel for good bread. Any tips would be appreciated! Attached a picture of what I'm thinking of (that was at Joel Robuchon in Monte Carlo) to give you an idea :)
