I'm new to bread making. I had dough on a second rise in the oven (turned off). Totally forgot it was in there and turned the oven on to 350F. It was probably in there for 5 minutes and the temp had reached 250F. I think I killed the yeast. It won't rise again. Wondering if I can still use it for something. Pizza crust? Crackers? I hate to waste it. Thoughts?
