All About the Bread

Just wondering if anybody has tried this place. I recently went there because I was hungry and we just so happened to drive by it. It is located just around the corner of Pink's on Melrose. Now I am by no means a meatball sandwich expert but I can tell you that this meatball sandwich was really good. Soft pillowy meatballs and a marinara sauce that had the right amount of sweetness, tanginess, and spiciness all topped with provolone and parmesan. But the best part is the bread that mops up all that great sauce. The best way to describe the bread is "Bay Cities" like. I really enjoyed the meatball sandwich there, but it seems to me that most of the other sandwiches are boar's head meat judging by the case of meats in the window.

I will definitely be going back, anyone else have any recs on other sandwiches worth getting there. And if you have not been there, I highly recommend the meatball sandwich.
