Brats Brothers-Review

Hypnotic23 | Mar 25, 2008 06:30 PM

I just got in from trying "Brat Brothers" this new spot in Sherman Oaks, across the street from the Pyschic Eye. I enjoyed what I had and I must say some selection. I was hoping to get the "Wild West" Brat yet the owner working, Roland (nice guy from Germany) told me that one sells out fast so I went with the "Spicy Hungarian" which is Spicy Pork, by the way the Wild West is a Buffalo & Burgundy meat. I chose to go with the meal plate for $8.50 and includes 2 sides, I went with the potatoe salad which was quite good and their beef chili-very tasty as well. The brats are served in a nice baguette type of bun, on the side you have 3 choices of mustards to top your brat with as well as 3 types of ketchup. Next visit for my side I'll try the roasted potatoes so I can put some of their "Curry Ketchup" on top of that. Overall it was a great experience and has an A rating on the outside.

Give it a try,

Stuart

P.S-I brought home a menu, other Brats include:

German, Bavarian, Swiss, Polish, Black Forest, Flat Dog, French, Gobbler, Austrian, New Zealaner, Aussie, and Rancher.
