Dear Chowhounders - I'm making braised beef short ribs for a very special occasion and want to wow the crowd. I've made this dish often before and have used recipes from Hammersly's Bistro Cookbook (braised short ribs with bacon and beer) and the Art of Braising (braised short ribs with rosemary and maple glaze). Both are great recipes, but is there one recipe you have that is just ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC? If so, please share! Thank you!
