Bourbon brined pork chops

Made these tonight and they were great! Really moist and I only brined for about 3 hours. Think you can probably leave them for as long as you want. I didn't bother layering ingredients in a dish - just dumped them all in a bowl and threw in the pork chops (I used boneless).
