Let me start by stating I am a bourbon 'novice'; however, really enjoy Angel's Envy as my sipping choice. If I have read correctly, bourbon needs to be aged in new, charred barrels. Angels's Envy, I believe, is aged in barrels previously used for aging port; technically, not new barrels. These are the things that keep me up at night!
Thanks for the clarifications
