Boulder takeaway food for Elk ogling

Erinesq | Oct 20, 201007:04 AM

This weekend my husband, one-year old, and I will be spending time in the Denver/Boulder area. We are going to RMNP for Elk watching on Sunday. It seems that Estes may not be the best place for dining. So, what I'd really like to do is find a place in Boulder that offers lighter, picnic-type fare that we could take with us. Breads, cheeses, charcuterie, or sandwiches, salads, soups etc. It would be really nice to find a place that can put together something tasty with all of the accoutrements that we could just pick up, rather than, say, a gourmet grocery, that we have to compile ourselves and attempt to remember the silverware. I never remember the silverware. Thanks in advance for any recommendations!
