Went to see the Capturing Light exhibit at the Oakland Museum today. Picked up some boudin blanc at Taylor's Sausage in the new Swan's Market. Had it for dinner tonight and it was delicious ... very light but moist and savory. We had the mild version - it also comes in a hot version. At $3.75 a pound it is a good value when compared to other designer sausages. They have a good selection of sausages ... andouille, italian, Longanisa (Filipino) and many more....all made on the premises.
