Bottom of my Romertoph cracked. Is there a use for the top?

I did use it correctly by soaking it first. It was purchased at a local Goodwill store and it may have already had a hairline crack in it. I still have the top and it does not appear to have any flaws. I do not have the heart to toss it. I still want to cook with it!!! I DON"T want it to be a plant pot. LOL. I have used it as a fruit bowl, but I am sad when I look at it.
