Formerly known as "Boston Chicken", this chain is unique in the way it serves it's sandwiches, chicken and vegetables somewhat the same way that "Subway" serves its subs (and you can take that for what it's worth.)
But I was wondering:
It is really "Boston"? If it is, in what way is it "Boston"? Has it gotten better or worse since it changed from being "Boston Chicken" to "Boston Market"? Other than being a chain with a recognizable name and symbol, is there a good reason for its continuing popularity? Is an evil chain like Macd's and BK that screws its workers and serves questionably made food, or are they generally OK in that regard?
I'm curious because the local paper often has discount coupons for Boston Market, and it's tempting to go there for a cheap takeout on a Sunday evening when we feel like doing nothing much.
