The pig's ear tastes like cold bacon. It's good but a little goes a long way.
The pork ribs were a little spicy, served with sweet potatoes -- much like you'd have at a southern American Sunday dinner.
The calamari was only on the table for a few seconds. We have lightening chopsticks.
Everything else was flavorful and satisfying in surprising ways. Oh well, only another 175 dishes to go (unless, God forbid, they change the menu).
One of us was celebrating a birthday. At the end of the meal, the owner, Audrey, presented us with a kind of hot bread-pudding cake. Sweet, soft, delicious. That also disappeared in the blink of an eye.
