Border Grill Santa Monica: Thumbs up or Thumbs down?

I've always been a critic of Border Grill, but I think they do some things well. The wild mushroom quesadilla, for instance, has good mushroom earthiness and a fascinating salsa verde redolent of cumin, pepper, and lemon. Yummy!!

So my verdict:
