Boozy Cake

Hi all. Anybody have any cake recipes using Frangelico or any sweet liquor? I want to repeat a cake I made for the holidays last year. It was a naked cake (Milk Bar Style) and I used Frangelico to soak the sponge. Couldn't taste it much and I imagine it was because it had multiple, very sweet layers. I was thinking of maybe reducing the liquor down for the soak. I just wonder if it won't get too thick and sweet. Any suggestions or advice?
