Boogaloo in St Louis

Girl's night out lead us to Boogaloo, Maplewood's newest dining spot and we will go back. The grouper sandwich was great, light like butter served with tiny shoe string fries. Three of us had the grouper and one opted for the cuban sandwich, another hit. The mixed green salad was served with a citrus sherry dressing, hearts of palm and raisins. We ordered four desserts, one of the gals refuses to share (she was an only child). The brioche bread pudding rated #1 at our table with the grilled pineapple topped with dulce de luche and vanilla ice cream #2. The chocolate torte was so so. I think of torte differently and this was the fudgey flourless type. We will go back as the salmon and the pork chops at the next table looked fabulous. Nice decor and service too, located a couple doors from Penzey's spices.
