Other than the typical or traditional uses (e.g. garnish on miso soup, deep fried tofu, sushi rolls, etc.), how do you use bonito flakes?
I've been playing around and here's what I've done so far:
1. Garnish on scrambled eggs
2. Part of a Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich
3. Mixed into congee or even oatmeal
4. Part of a Chinese pork floss sandwich
5. On top of nachos
6. Pizza topping (with tomatoes, sesame oil, and caramelized onions)
