Boneless Turkey Breast

In an effort to stick to my diet, I'm planning to make a boneless, skinless turkey breast for dinner tonight. It's almost 3 lbs.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to cook it in the oven so that it is flavorful without adding lots of fat? Any tips (including temperature and cooking time) would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
