Boiling Crab just opened in San Jose. It's a chain that's been very popular in Orange County and Houston. We had the crawfish, blue crab and Dungeness crab. The flavors were excellent, very spicy, and the seafood was not overcooked. The crab was really meaty and fresh. Overall I was really impressed. I haven't tried Crawdaddy, the other popular crawfish cajun boil restaurant in SJ. Any thoughts on how it compares??
