Boca Recs for a Manhattan foodie

I'm a Boca native but I've been living in SF and NYC for the past 8 years. I grew up on Chinese home cooking, Publix bakery, and Boca chain restaurants so I didnt become a foodie until I lived in the Bay Area for college. (To be fair Publix bakery is a lot better than most supermarkets) Are there any foodie-worthy restaurants in Boca that you can recommend? We rarely eat out when I go home but I'd like to find at least a few foodie spots in Boca.

Casual places only, please. Since I live in Manhattan, I've tried the fancy chefs but I prefer the hidden gems. I eat all cuisines but please don't recommend Asian restaurants unless they are truly fantastic - I'm a bit of a snob when it comes to authentic Asian food. Also, is there somewhere that serves stuff like conch fritters or gator? I wasn't adventurous enough as a kid to try it! (or else I'll settle for a place with really fresh seafood)
