Was going to broil some bluefish tonight. I admit to having a love/hate relationship with my broiler, so am not as experienced as I would like to be. Can you give me an idea how far from the flame the fish should be, and about how long it will take to cook? I assume I can just put it in there, au natural, as it's so fatty...any suggestions would be appreciated (I can't grill, though, so forget that). Thanks!
