Three of us enjoyed wonderful food at this 4 month old restaurant last evening. The service was outstanding as was the food. The seafood appetizer at 69 dollars was pricy but terrific and three of us enjoyed every bite. It had the most delicious oysters (ice cold and tasted as if they had just come from the sea), excellent clams, lobster tail and crabmeat lumps. After devouring this, we selected more appetizers and one entree and shared. The appetizers were Ahi Tuna Tartare topped with wasabi crèmefraiche and tobiko caviar, Yuengling Battered Codfish Fingers served with creole dipping sauce,and Lobster Mac N Cheese which was a creamy three cheese blend, lobster with shell noodles. (Actually, this was a side and not an appetizer.) We thought everything was outstanding.
The entree that we tried was a whole grilled Mediterranean bronzini which was brought to the table and filleted there for us. It was grilled perfectly and could not have tasted any fresher. Our wine service was excellent. The surroundings were very pleasent and we felt that we had a wonderful dining experience. Nothing beats great food along with outstanding (and no attitude) service.
