Had a wonderful dinner at Blue Ginger on Saturday night. Three couples went for a little Holiday celebration and we were not disappointed. I had the fois gras shamai (sorry, I can't spell) which melted in my mouth and the butterfish. My husband had the duck confit and the pork which was equally amazing. Although entrees are kind of pricey, the portions were huge. I think this was one of my top five meals.
As an added bonus, I bought Ming Tsai's new book (which is great by the way) and he personally came out and signed it for me.
