I recently went to Blue Ginger and had, hands-down, one of the best meals of my life. I've been left unimpressed by many star-chef restaurants, but Ming Tsai's Blue Ginger delivered phenomenal food through every course that I had. There are some reviews on this site that proclaim that Blue Ginger is not worthwhile, but I'm here to tell you that I truly had a one-of-a-kind dinner at this restaurant. The Foie Gras Shumai is literally beyond-compare and the Black-Pepper Lobster prepared to absolute perfection. Don't miss dessert - I had mini-donuts with a sweet cream dipping sauce that would turn even the staunchest health-foodie into an addict.
