I was in Blue Apron yesterday (in Park Slope, just east of 7th Ave on the south side of Union St) at about 7 p.m., which in my view should be prime time for commuters returning home to do some shopping. I was one of only two people in the shop. If we do not support this great shop, it will not last! Come on Park Slopers and Brooklynites. How many years have you been complaining about the lack of a shop for good cheese and other goodies in Park Slope/Brooklyn. Now you have one (with not just cheese, but pates, breads, chocolate, specialty cooking ingredients, etc.). Support it! Are the prices high? Well, cheese at Blue Apron costs more than the Kraft singles and Land o Lakes cheddar on sale down the street at Key Food. If you call that cheese. We will get what we deserve. Let's support this great new store.
