I have to make about 100 blinis for a party on Sunday, to be served with smoked salmon, creme fraiche, maybe some roe if it's not to outrageous...

I've looked in my tried & true cookbooks which have lots of crepe recipes but nothing specific to blinis. I think the recipe's probably the same (perhaps the white flour can be replaced with buckwheat or something) but I cannot determine what quantity of ingredients to buy - i.e. how many blinis = a full size crepe and I suspect this is like asking 'how long is a piece of string'.

Any assistance/advice - even fool proof recipes - would be greatly appreciated !
